TKO Athletes Today…

Our Clients Say It Best.

Phillip W - Surf FC/Stanford WSOC

“TKO Athletic Performance was exactly what we were looking for in a training program. Joe prepared our daughter well for the rigors of the college level and she is in a much better place than she would have been without it. Thanks for all your work!”

Maggie T - Surf FC/Florida State WSOC

“I worked with Joseph to help me get back to peak fitness, speed, and strength as I returned to play after ACL and meniscus surgery. He was great at getting me comfortable in the weight room by teaching me different techniques and tools to use. He improved my sprinting form and I felt faster after just a short amount of sessions with him. He pushed me to get fit for collegiate level soccer. I feel stronger, faster, and fitter after working with Joseph for 6 months.”

Ava B - City SC/San Jose State

“Working with Joseph was so helpful and beneficial to me as an athlete. I was pushed and grew so much and learned so many new things. My skill has gone up fully and I feel faster! I would recommend TKO Athletic Performance to any player who wants to improve their speed and fitness to prepare for the level of college soccer.”

Delanie S - Gotham FC

“I think Joe’s attention to detail and ability to make corrections throughout the session that are very specific to the individual is what sets him apart from other speed work I have done, you don’t get that type of coaching elsewhere. I felt like every session, even within the session I was constantly improving and seeing results. My speed and explosiveness has always been a little insecurity of mine in my game and I think working with Joe is exactly what I needed to gain some confidence. I am feeling fit and ready to go in to preseason!”

Paige B - Surf FC/Notre Dame WSOC

“I loved working out with TKO Athletic Performance! His training prepared me well for the fitness and strength demands in college soccer, especially after ACL surgery. I felt like he was attentive to my needs and I loved how flexible he was with scheduling.”

Halle D - Surf FC/BYU WSOC

“I loved my time with TKO, I feel the communication aspects, training aspects, and interactions were awesome and I am so grateful for the strides I made this summer. It was unfortunate that I got injured before the summer, but I still worked with TKO and he was able to shift my workouts so I could still train, improve, and make fitness gains while rehabbing from an injury. I am so grateful for how I was able to improve this summer.”

Abraham R - Goalkeeper (LAFC)

“Going on my 8th season as a goalkeeper, playing in Mexico for four years, being lucky enough to be a youth international for the Mexican national team appearing in two World Cups, and playing in the USL three years I've been around very passionate and professional individuals. Recently I signed for LAFC and was looking for a strength and conditioning coach to help me prepare for the preseason.

I was referred to Joe and it was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. Since starting to work with him, I’ve become faster, stronger, and a better athlete in all aspects through and through. He’s an incredibly knowledgeable coach who’s extremely professional and determined to make you better. This was just supposed to be an off season camp situation but he’s now become an irreplaceable piece in my training program. I know I’ll be working with him for many years to come, if you’re serious and are willing to put in the work there is no doubt Joe is the best person to help you reach your fullest potential.”
